With effect from October 16, 2015, Mr. Klaus Billen was appointed as the Deputy Quality Management Officer (QMO) at GSI.
With effect from October 16, 2015, Mr. Klaus Billen was appointed as the Deputy Quality Management Officer (QMO) at GSI. Mr. Billen took over the Deputy's position from Mrs. Sydekum who handed over the function due to parental leave.
The main focal point of the tasks is the accreditation of measures according to the Accreditation and Authorisation Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV). In cooperation with the QMO at GSI (Heinz M. Klein), Mr. Billen is partly responsible for the quality management at GSI.
Within GSI mbH, great significance is attached to the quality management. The continuous improvement of our process quality as well as of our services and products is a definite objective of GSI mbH.
As the Head of the Training Department at GSI Niederlassung Bildungszentren Rhein-Ruhr (BZRR) since 2007, Mr. Billen has been responsible, amongst other tasks, for the pedagogical management, the personnel planning for the BZRR workshops and the description of national measures.
