Up to the motto „Cost Reduction by means of Method’s Competence “ our first Customer’s Day took place this year on Wednesday, 09/03/2016. Almost 50 interested participants from the executive and professional areas of predominantly medium-sized companies followed our invitation.
From the long-term and trusting cooperation, we know that markets and requirements of our customers change increasingly faster. With our nearly 90 years of experience in welding technology services and education and training, we responded to that fact by selecting from a toolbox of over 350 methods from the SixSigma- and Lean Management areas those ones, which directly serve to reduce costs or to reduce throughput times, when applied pragmatically.
Using practical examples from welding we have worked out the benefits exclusively for our customers. The methods were partially live demonstrated in a relaxed atmosphere. After extensive discussions followed by a snack, our customers left with comprehensive documentation of all methods, specific practical examples and templates for the first approximations of the methods.
With our consulting expertise from Six Sigma and Lean Management methods, we provide our customers with internal process cost optimization in order to compensate for the ever-increasing cost pressure. At the same time, the increasingly shorter delivery times as well as the smaller quantity sizes are absorbed by reductions in throughput times. Thereby standardized processes will satisfy the highest quality standards. Besides the classic "Troubleshooting" we help to avoid costs before they occur.
All participants of the customer’s day got an exclusive voucher to obtain starting points for optimizing their processes as part of a free potential analysis.
According to the customer feedback we know that it was an overall great event - we have already started with the first potential analyzes.
