The worldwide known and recognized training course for FROSIO coating inspector is offered for the first time in Germany in English language. The proven e-learning method of SLV Duisburg will be used for this purpose.

On July 25th 2018 the participants of the DVS Welding Master/Instructor Course in China got satisfactory results on their final examination.

GSI mbH carried out a successful project together with Sequa gGmbH for teachers from the Egyptian Technical and Vocational Training Centers (TVET) in welding.

On June 13   17, 2016, GSI participated in the World Conference on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) in Munich. The cooperation partner TÜV Nord was on board too. Attention centred not only on the classic NDT training but also on the presentation of new learning methods, e.g. improving the training and the further education using additively manufactured exercise pieces. The 21st Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair was held in Beijing from 14 to 17 June 2016.

By sharing the same booth with DVS and Messe Essen GmbH, GSI SLV Kunshan attended this event by demonstrating its services in China, with all possible technical support from GSI SLVs. At the booth the excellent Welding Simulator "Soldamatic" has been presented, which attracted a lot of visitors whenever it started demonstrating.
